Hi everybody,

Im Jenifer from Peru. I working with this since 2 weeks ago and i have the following questions:

I've 32 agents, i really need to create so many conference rooms?
I don't understand the balance option, some guy explain me please?
I'm just use softphone .. if my agents are over linux, what kind of softphone recomend with me? i thought to use kphone or idefisk ... it's ok or not? it must have third-party plugin?
Console/dsp ... it's for to use the sound of the server .. for what?
Can u explain me the agi-VDAcloser? and the close calls?
