Hello list,
I'm pleased to announce the availability of QueueMetrics 1.3.1. This
release adds a number of new functionalities to QueueMetrics 1.3, and most
notably:

* A new XML-RPC interface: extract data from QueueMetrics using any
programming language. See the document named "Accessing QueueMetrics
through the XML-RPC interface" available from the downloads page to see
how easy it is to use.

* Internationalization: added Spanish language, together with updated
English, German, French and Italian. Pages are now encoded as UTF-8. This
should make it easy translating QueueMetrics into non-Latin languages.

* The "Export as..." icons are not shown in printed versions.

A full list of improvements over version 1.3.0 can be found at
http://queuemetrics.loway.it/news.jsp

You can download the latest version immediately from the downloads page at
http://queuemetrics.loway.it/download.jsp , together with the 98-page User
manual. As an alternative, if you run RHEL/CentOS/TrixBox/AAH, you can
install it automatically using yum - see
http://queuemetrics.loway.it/install.jsp .

QueueMetrics 1.3 allows data storage on both flat files and MySQL
databases for bigger call centers. And of course comes with a 90-page
user manual that covers all aspects of it.

QueueMetrics is a commercial call center monitoring package, but is
available free of charge for individuals, Asterisk hackers and small
SOHOs. You can request a trial key if you run a larger installation and
would like to test it in your own environment.

Comments and suggestions are as always welcome.
l.
