Hello list,
we are about to release the official version 1.0 of QueueMetrics; in the
meantime we have updated the user manual to reflect the changes to 1.0.
We also prepared a big HTML version of the user manual to be viewed online
instead of a big PDF file - see http://queuemetrics.loway.it/manual.jsp to
have a look.
