Hello everyone,
I'm new to the list, and thought I'd post a brief introduction. The following details some products and services we offer for Asterisk call centers. I hope given the context of this list posting the information is appropriate.
Sineapps has developed a predictive dialing application for Asterisk called Sinedialer. More information on this is available at: http://www.sineapps.com/sd.php . Sinedialer monitors active outgoing calls and will adjust dialing rate in real time to match the actual number of available agents in the center. The software supports multiple calling campaigns and has ability to automatically detect answer phones and faxes. Numbers can be pulled from a database, or generated randomly according to flexible controlling parameters. It's relatively easy to integrate Sinedialer with CRM packages and we've done this with several open source and commercial packages. The system scales well, from small to large settings - our largest client has over 1000 agents and run across a cluster of asterisk servers. Sinedialer can dial up to 500 calls a second, with actual rate determined by various parameters including call center requirements, hardware, termination etc. The package consists of a Windows (XP/2000) application and a set of scripts and configuration files which are installed into your Asterisk server(s).
In addition to Sinedialer, we have a "faceless" IAX softphone application which has integrated support for several popular low cost USB phones which can be customised to meet specialised requirements.
