Hi,
I had the chance to download and read the latest effort on another long
train trip yesterday - bravo it's really looking good! I'm proud to see
my few lines are still there :)
However, guys, I said it before
s/seperate/separate/g
That's about the only bad one I recall.
I'm dying to see a new, more advanced volume - when will that happen?

Fixed. Should appear in the PDF when it's next compiled.

Good question. What have you got for us? ;-)
Heh, you guys are great!
Seriously, what's the current plan and timeline? Cookbook type, maybe?
My opinion would be a casebook, that is, more than cookbook recipes but
not necessarily as explicative as Vol 1, because theoretically, the
reader is initiated, knows a few secret winks and handshakes and has
spent about 75 hours reading wikis and mailing lists.
Maybe make up a list of dialplan tasks that go beyond the movie theater.
Especially, scenarios like SOHO pbx, which is what we do with 2 POTS
lines, 2 X100 and three FXO mdules in a TDM400.
