Hi, and sorry for the delay.
First we would have to look who is finishing the call, the end user,
app_h324m or app_mp4.
Try running asterisk with -f -dddddddd -vvvvvvvvv and send me the logs to
trace what is happening.
Also if you can try calling with a softphone to the app_mp4 to check if it
behaves the same way.

I have no more hangup now.
Video must have a bitrate less than 50kbps and I do Wait(1) before each
mp4play.
If not, I have always hangup on the channel where mp4play is in use, and
hangup other channel randomly too.

It seems to me that there were the handsets the ones that were hanging up
the connection.
