This is a rather technical change. The change itself in Asterisk
involved allowing those specific values for the echo canceller "size".
Bristuffed Asterisk should be able to support it just as well.
Note that the the work that the CPU has to do on the cancelling echo is
basically relative to that same "size" parameter. So increasing it
increases the work your system does on each channel whose echo is
cancelled.
