Checking if all local B-Chans are busy or not would be helpful to prove something "special" is happening as in theory, it could just come from the fact that all circuits are busy.
From zapata.conf, lines 2166 (-- Channel 0/1, span 2 got hangup) and 2167 (Zap/4-1 is circuit-busy), I'm sure ISDN network message and Asterisk are matching, but I would to read from previous lines the status of the 3 other channels.
But where can I read in the the I-Frame header the channel (and span) channel this congestion message relates ? Is there a document somewhere summerizing this ?
