we have been working on a way to monitor outbound calls placed from a call
center through QueueMetrics. This means seeing a lot of metrics and
details, as well as having reports combining incoming and outbound traffic
together. This is not a predictive dialer in itself, though certainly it
could be used to jointly monitor an existing dialer.
The level of support of this new feature in QueueMetrics is at the moment
experimental, but if you have moderate outbound or mixed traffic in your
call center and would like to give it a try, we would be happy to have you
as a beta tester for this feature.
