There's no support for this in Asterisk at the moment. There has been
some talk of developing H.320 drivers but I don't think anyone is
actively working on it.
Is H.320 what you're after or are you wanting to do something more
proprietary? As you say, you'd still need something to associate all the
B channels within a session and then synchronise and bond the B
channels.

I started that discussion on H320 a couple of weeks ago, I was just
thinking in how we could move towards to it without deploying h320.
