-- Executing [*1234@default:2] mp4play("SIP/201-081f6168",
"/tmp/menu.mp4") in new stack
mp4play /tmp/menu.mp4
found hint track 2
track 1 vide
found hint track 4
track 3 vide
found hint track 6
track 5 vide
MP4ERROR: FindTrackId: Track index doesn't exist - track 3 type hint
MP4ERROR: MP4Array::[]: index 2 of 2: Numerical result out of range
-- Executing [*1234@default:3] Hangup("SIP/201-081f6168", "") in new

Hi Adrian!
Maybe mp4play does not like your mp4 file. Looks like you have multiple
video tracks and hint tracks inside your mp4 file. You can use mp4info
to get the file infos. Then user mp4creator remove the unneeded video
track. Also remove all hint tracks.
Then , if the video consists of only 2 tracks (1 audio + 1 video) add
the hint tracks again using mp4creator - then try again and post your
results.
