I had a question about the data partitioning mode used in MPEG4, does using data partitioning improve quality of the stream. Is it true of 3G networks that
the received data is more error resilient and the quality is much better. If someone has any experience, please highlight.

Are you talking about MPEG4-2 or MPEG4-10. I want to implement MPEG4 also. Do you have code?
