Dear Klaus,
After changing pridialplan and prilocaldialplan to international and local in zapata.conf everything works!
So you were right about the dialplan error in my pri debug. I can dial to a 3G phone and play a video or make a sip call to it, video works just fine...

1. The line "H324M Signalling" indicates that the patch is applied.
2. It should show "use 'Low Layer Compatibility' IE"
Further, as Jose suggested make a proper zaptel config:

Unknown Number Type is ok, but I never saw Unknown Number Plan.
