I'm geting reports of echo from my users. It's sporadic, but it might happen a couple times a day for people on headsets. I haven't had any complaints from people on the polycom phones. This leads me to believe that it is poor software echo cancellation on the computers with the headsets, as opposed to horrible delays or something on the network end. Apparently, when there is echo, it is for the duration of the call.

The calls are all SIP-based. We use bandwidth.com and have a dedicated 10Mbs fiber connection for the VOIP. There is QOS from the phones to the edge of our network.

Has anyone used SoftEcho for sip trunking? How does it perform? Thanks.
