I hope you use "System" instead of "Sustem".
Anyway, probably this command is run as user who does not have enough privileges to do that. Maybe you should first add asterisk to sudoers in /etc/sudoers and then run the command with sudo?
I am not sure if this is a good idea or if it is a stupid one, but I at least try I know how it is to not get an answer on this forum :/
