This queue statistics will give you complete overview for all incoming calls to your queue and outgoing calls from your asterisk server, as well as better control of the quality of the service that you provide to your clients. You can have table and graphical representation for the total amount of incoming calls, outgoing calls, calltime, ringtime and transfers for chosen period of time and group, divided by agent, date, hour or weekday.
You can go directly to the download page by clicking here.
1.Period and Queue Selection
This filter is at he top of each page to select period (start and end date and time), group for the statistics (queue for the incoming calls or cdr group for the outgoing calls) and timezone.
2.General Statistics

You can see the speed of your service quality (answer time) and the hangup reason (whether the agent or the caller hung up).
3.Agents Statistics
Below are shown the statistics for the different agents - all agents that were in the selected group for the selected period, the calls that they have received or dialed, total and average time that they were on the phone.

5.Hourly Statistics
Here you can see the same statistics, but grouped by hour of the day.
6.Statistics for Weekday
The statistics below are grouped by day of the week.
7.Details
Here you can see details for all the calls made for the selected period and call group. Exact date and time the call was originated, agent that made or answered the call. Also you can see ringtime and calltime for each call.

zoa (support at asteriskguru dot com) 04 November 2005 09:15:02 We added the "make a plugin for AMP / asterisk@home " on our todo list, first change coming will probably be mysql support, next one asterisk@home plugin. (For now you will have to do it as alfredo says).
Alfredo (acastrov at gmail dot com) 03 November 2005 22:56:44 Sure you can, You must install so many things (Postgresql, apache, Zend optimizer, libxml2, etc, etc) then install queue statistics.
I have to spend so many times to find out the way to do it.
