The answer is me! I run a telecom master agency,representing a dozen providers.I have a SIP/H323 provider who has a 5 tier rate deck for USA termination.Rates start at .0058 (47,000 NPA/NXX's in USA)and a 3 tier rate deck for Canada (rates start @ .0061).Payment is prepay ($ 2500 minimum to start)or via credit card.Please contact me if you would like the entire 5 tier NPA/NXX rate deck or want to talk.
