I just recompiled my kernel to 2.2.14 and noticed that chan_phone is trying
to compile now. because of the telephony support that this kernel has. Yet
there's a call to a definition of PHONE_VAD, this does not exist in any
included file that I can find. Let me know what you find out.

This is part of the new quicknet drivers. Perhaps we should make a
workaround. For the time being, you can just comment out the PHONE_VAD
stuff.
