This is with latest cvs. I have had this message before, but not
unless I try to dial an extension while the message is still
playing. I am using the sample configuration from cvs.
My machine is a dual Pii 450. Kernel 2.2.16 SMP with alsa
drivers. Soundcard is Hoontech 4d wave NX.
The sound starts to break up a bit after a few seconds, then it's fine
up until "to simulate the actions of a standard telephone". It is at
that point when the message below appears.

I'm thinking that there's an issue with the chan_oss trying to lock a
mutex that is already locked (i.e. a deadlock).
I have a gnophone that acts as a client to asterisk now, but i haven't
committed it back to CVS yet...
