For those you can mostly use #exec .

Unfortunately #exec does not work in asterisk.conf which is both
understandable and inconsistent at the same time. IMHO execincludes
behavior should always be enabled for asterisk.conf itself.
Otherwise there is no way to dynamically set things like systemname.
