I use:
   asterisk-1.4.13
   chan_ss7
   libh324m (revision 244)
   amr ( http://sip.fontventa.com/ )
   videocodec_nego_fix_ast-1.4.13.patch ( http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=9815 )

I want to provide video camera to 3G network.
I have a working app_mp4, but app_transcoder don't work for me...
Unable to find a codec translation path from unknown to unknown ...

My dialplan:
