I don't know off hand of an easy way to do this automatically, but the
creation time of the .callsre file should be the same time as the first
recognition for a call, so checking the timestamp in the logs should
give you a good idea of how a call relates to a response file.

I believe they are just GUIDs, determined in some way such that no two
should ever be duplicated. As far as I know (I'll check with the
programmers and respond if I'm wrong), there's no way to derive any real
information just based on the filename of the .callsre files.
