Hi!
Hemanshur patel would you please post your sip.conf file for both user and peer server.
In the mean while i will suggest you to make sure that you have following two lines added in peer side of sip.conf
 
[VICItest]
type=peer                    ; In other scenerio you can set type=friend and it should work.
username=test
fromuser=test
secret = blahblah
host=dynamic             ;or the ip of other server if you would not like to register.
...
...
...
 
Also make sure that you are sending correct username/authusername and secret from user context in callee sip.conf.
