but I figured I'd ask anyway. Our company is using an NEC PBX, and we're
using an Abacus product called ACD to monitor and collect information about
the PBX. The monitoring software is horrible: it seems to save all the
information in RAM, so when it crashes, it loses all the info from that
day. I'm looking into another possible solution for monitoring the PBX,
and was hoping that Asterisk was it. Looking more closely, it looks like
Abacus is probably something else. But, as it seems the people on this
list know enough about PBX's, can anyone point me in the right direction?
It's a small call center (like 30 nodes), so I don't think the company is
willing to spend a lot on a solution. Thank you very much for your time.
