Remove not used code in the Agent channel.

This code was there because of the AgentCallbackLogin() application.
->loginchan[] member was only used by AgentCallbackLogin().
Agent where dumped to astdb if they where logged in using AgentCallbacklogin()
so they are not being dumper anymore.
