* Unarchive it in some directory

* Edit Makefile and change "ASTERISK_SOURCE=" to point to your asterisk source dir (normally /usr/src/asterisk)
* do: make && make install
* chan_sccp is a newer version of the skinny support for asterisk, it replaces the original chan_skinny, so we have to disable this older version:
Edit /etc/asterisk/modules.conf and disable loading of chan_skinny by adding "noload => chan_skinny.so"
* Restart asterisk

I have encountered the same compile issue as you have. Its related to the version of asterisk you are using. chan_sccp worked fine for me untill i went to asterisk 1.4 (which seems to be a common complaint)
